Policies & Procedures

Notice
Please allow at least two week's notice when booking a spa party or special event. A spa party consists of 4 or more people. An agreement must be signed along with a paid booking fee before your event is considered "definite" on our calendar. All services must be paid in full prior to event unless other arrangements have been made.

Schedule
Our spa professionals will arrive 30 to 60 minutes prior to the start of your event. Each spa professional will have a "traveler" which lists the names of your guests in the order they are to receive their spa service(s). While there is usually some flexibility on time, please encourage guests to be ready to receive their service when your event starts.

Add-ons
While last minute requests are appreciated, it is at the discretion of the spa professional to accept a last minute service. Cash-only payments must be rendered upon completion of a last minute service. Spa professionals do not carry cash.

Gratuities
Gratuities are not added to our spa party prices. However, for exceptional service, gratuity is appreciated. For corporate events, a 20% gratuity will automatically be added to the event total.

Booking Fee/Deposits
There is a non-refundable booking fee required for private spa parties. This amount will go towards your spa services. For special/corporate events a deposit is required.

Cancellation Policy
Spa party cancellations made within 10 days may result in a penalty fee being assessed. For special/corporate events, please review your spa agreement for cancellation details.

Doctor's Note
You don't need a doctor's note literally (lol), but please be sure to consult your doctor before receiving any type of spa service, especially massage. We want you to enjoy yourself, but safety first!

Pregnant Women
Massage is inadvisable for women in their first trimester of pregnancy, however pregnancy massage is available for women in their 2nd or 3rd trimesters. Please consult your physician before receiving a massage.

Travel Fees
A travel fee may be assessed depending on your location and is based on distance and/or any applicable tolls/parking charges.

Hotel Events
If you are planning to have your event at a hotel, please make sure spa services from an outside vendor are allowed. If your event is in a hotel room, please remember most hotels allow check-in after 3pm so take that into consideration when deciding on a start time for your event.

Nail Treatments
We promote natural nail care and service natural nails only. We do not apply or remove acrylic nails.

Age Requirement
Clients must be at least 16 years of age. Clients under the age of 16 must have adult supervision and a waiver form signed by their parent/guardian.

Individual Appointments

Currently,we do not offer individual in-home appointments. Only group events until further notice.
